Giveaway´s Terms and Conditions

1. The organizer of the competition:

The organizer of the competition is Muziker a.s., whose registered office is at Einsteinova 18, 851 01 BRATISLAVA 5, Slovakia, Reg.No. 35840773, registered in the Commercial register of the District Court Bratislava I, Section Sa, Insert No. 3337/B.

2. Duration of the competition:

The competition will run from 19.09.2018 until 31.12.2018 and includes the Start & Finish Dates of the specific competitions that will be held on a weekly basis starting with the START and ending with the END dates.

4. Competition Entries:

Entry is open to any European Union resident age 18 or over, who has full legal capacity. Entry is not open to organizer’s employees or to persons who are in any way (business or personal) associated with the “organizer“ and its employees.

4.1. To be able to participate, it is necessary to  conclude any purchase at Muziker's online shop of at least 20 лв. Each purchase must be done in a time interval set out for the weekly contest.

4.2. In order to become a valid participant in the competition, it is necessary to enter the relevant code for the specific week when making the online order.

The entry will be accepted under the following conditions:

By using a weekly special code when submitting the order the entrant finalizes and confirms his/her participation and agrees entirely to the Terms and Conditions of the competition.
Only those entrants who fulfill all the conditions of this competition will be accepted as participants. The organizer reserves the right to the final assessment of the fulfillment of the condition of the competition by the entrants.
The organizer makes the final decision on all matters relating to the competition and its implementation.
The process of selecting the winner will be arranged by the organizer immediately after the Competition Finish Date of the relevant week.
The participant will be identified via e-mail address, used for the purchase, that registered him to the competition. 
The organizer may request, in the occasion of delivering the prizes, a set o documents that confirm the fulfilment of all conditions, identity and age of the winner.

By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to the use of his/her name, address, disclosure of country of residence and photograph in any publicity material by Muziker,a.s. The entrant gives his/her consent to the organizer who is thus entitled to freely use the entrant’s personal information for the execution of the competition, publicity and evaluation, as well as for the promotion of the “organizer“, its products and services, for organizing other events and competitions, or for marketing purposes, in particular their free publication and dissemination in the mass media (including the internet) and promotional materials of the organizer, as well as for creating and publicly using images and other visual, audio and audio-visual recordings of the entrant free of charge in the mass media (including internet) and any promotional materials of the organizer. The entrant’s consent is granted for the duration of the competition and for a period of ten (10) years thereafter. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in the competition or the prize cannot be enforced by legal means. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

The participant who wins the price must make a post on INSTAGRAM or FACEBOOK, where he will tag and mention muziker.com and such post must be made available to sharing, so we can share it via our relevant social media channels as well.

The entrants has no right, based on or in relation with the competition, to require any alternative fulfilment from the organizer except for those expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions; the entitlement to such benefits arises only after fulfilling all of the specific requirements listed in these Terms and Conditions.

The organizer’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The organizer also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who has breached any applicable law (including copyright law) or has otherwise infringed the intellectual property of any other person; who entered the competition or gained the prize by fraud or infringement of these Terms and Conditions, or by a conduct contrary to good morals (whether such person is the entrant or another person). Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions could lead to the organizer disqualifying that person, without giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge; the organizer's decision is therefore final.

The organizer reserves the right to amend the competition Terms and Conditions without prior notice and these changes will be published as an addendum to these Terms and Conditions on the competition website www.muziker.com/giveaway-competition.

The competitor can only join the competition if he/she buys a product/products within orders over 20 лв.

While participating, the entrant acknowledges that prizes may be subjected to income taxation (according to the law n. 595/2003 of income taxation). The fiscal responsibility of winning the competition falls solely upon the winner.
